Weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports can be compiled for individual or combined modules, and downloaded in just seconds.

Luggage

Imagine the ability to retrieve guest luggage quickly and accurately from the storage room. Or for those guests just arriving, notifying them as soon as their luggage has been delivered to their room.


ZuTapp® can work with your Duty Manager to help improve your back-end processes, in turn reducing risks such as missing luggage, incorrect luggage retrieval, and long wait times (ZuTapp® shaves minutes off the luggage retrieval process, resulting in improved customer service and happier guests).


For luggage delivery to guest rooms, guests will simply need to download the ZuTapp® app, set up a free account, and through their ZuTapp® luggage tag can be instantly notified via their phone once their luggage has reached their room.


Note that the luggage tags can be custom printed with your branding.


Room Make Up

With ZuTapp®, your guests can request their room be made up with just a tap of their phone. They’ll then be notified as soon as the room is ready. They can even include special requests, such as air temperature settings, or requesting another bottle of water! 


Guests will simply need to download the ZuTapp® app and set up their free account. Authorised staff will then receive direct notifications, and can check off actions when complete, which in turn can notify the guest directly.


Your Duty Manager can also monitor the regular room service schedule online, with employees simply tapping the room tag to record room service completions via their phone. ZuTapp®’s system will collate information on every service, and reminders will be sent to authorised personnel regarding rooms that may have been missed, or that need servicing at a particular time.


Linen Inventory

Wondering where all the linen is going? With ZuTapp®, you can keep track!


Once set up in the ZuTapp® portal, our waterproof tags can be stitched into your linen, meaning you’ll know the location of that linen at any point in time.

Security Checks

With ZuTapp®, you can keep the security team accountable simply by placing one of our tags at each checkpoint and requiring the guards to tap each checkpoint on their rounds.


This will ensure that the guards at least visit the checkpoints, with ZuTapp®’s NFC technology needing the mobile app to be 4 cm or less from the touchpoint for it to work.


You can also include special messages/built-in checklists such as “Are all the lights off?” – additional information that needs to be checked.

Cold Storage

If you help manage a restaurant, cafe, even hospital, how much time do you spend manually checking and logging your food or medical fridge and freezer temperatures each day?


ZuTapp® helps to reduce the risk of damage to cold storage items through its quick and easy digital monitoring solution. 


Just a simple tap of a tag, which works in conjunction with a Bluetooth thermometer, enables you to keep a secure online log of cold storage temperatures all day, every day. You can even be prompted if the temperature rises or falls to an unsafe level.
